Comics for the week of Monday, September 17, 2001   When Todd and Penguin began I had planned for half of the comic to take place at Todd's work, because I had so many retail horror stories that seemed perfectfor comedy. This was going to be the start of a new arc at Todd's job, but it never felt right. A big Framed crossover event and a chance to draw a bunch of other people's characters.
